Donald R. Schrotenboer has more than two decades of experience in sustainable land development and strategic asset management. Don is a visionary leader in the real estate industry, focused on acquisition and development, budgeting, entitlements, and construction management.

Prior to launching Realvizory, Don was President and CEO of Fort Myers-based Private Equity Group, directing daily operations for a family legacy fund controlling direct equity investments in apartments, hotels, land, commercial property, mixed-use and residential communities with over $2.5 billion in transactions.

Don served as President of Alico Land Development from 2008-2012, spearheading business development strategy for the agricultural company through diversifying real estate holdings, generating new revenue streams, and establishing a real estate development entity. He was the Executive Vice President and Director of Real Estate Development for Ave Maria Development, Inc. and the Ave Maria Foundation from 2000 to 2008, where he was one of two lead managers charged with acquisition, master planning, entitlements, and construction of a new town and university.
