The Taylor Morrison community sits on 352 acres of Lake Como that it shares with Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club. Taylor Morrison is offering signature single-family and villa homes, while Pulte is constructing villas and Seagate Development is building single-family custom homes.
Additionally, the NRP Group is adding a 300-unit luxury apartment community to the development, and Marquesa Capital is building a 160-unit single-family community of homes for rent.
